Cindee Crehan - Project Manager

Cindee provides the day to day management of the project and staff team.

Michelle Newbury-Lee - Senior Project Worker

Michelle works for 17 ½ hours per week.  She has a broad range of experience in working with teenage parents and her expertise is in benefits and housing issues. 

Caroline White - Project Worker

Caroline is funded by Bowthorpe and West Earlham Sure Start Children’s Centre and Comic Relief.  She works 20 hours a week.  Caroline has special interests in helping young parents with their budgeting and parenting skills.

Carol Edwards – Personal Adviser (Young Parents)

Carol is funded through Connexions, working 18 ½ hours per week.  Carol has expertise in helping young parents return to education, training or employment.  She can also help with applications to “Care to Learn”

Claire Malin – Project Worker

Claire joined Embrace in June 2007. She has a background in Benefits. Claire works 18 hours per week.

Suzanne Conley - Project Administrator

Suzanne runs the office and deals with the finances for Embrace.  She works 14 hours per week.
